1. Content of the website
As a service provider, we are responsible in accordance with § 7, Para.1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) for our own content on this site in accordance with general legal provisions. According to Articles 8 to 10 of the TMG, however, as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to look for indications of illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected. However, any corresponding liability only exists from such time as we receive knowledge of a specific legal violation. Should any such legal violation come to our attention, we will remove the offending content immediately.
As a service provider, we therefore accept no responsibility for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the service provider regarding tangible or intangible damages caused by the use or non-use of any of the information provided, or through the use of incorrect or incomplete information, are excluded, except in the case of demonstrably intentional or grossly negligent behaviour on the part of the service provider. All offers are subject to change and non-binding.
As a service provider, we reserve the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the website or temporarily or permanently cease publication without prior notice.
2. References and links
In the case of direct or indirect links to other websites ("links") that are outside the service provider's control, the service provider is only liable if it has knowledge of the content and if it is technically possible and reasonable for the service provider to prevent the use of any illegal content. As a service provider we hereby expressly declare that no linked pages contained any illegal content at the time the links were posted. The service provider has no influence on the current and future design, content, or authorship of the linked sites. Therefore, as a service provider we hereby expressly disassociate ourselves from any content on any linked pages that are altered after the link is posted. This statement applies to all links and references within the service provider's own website as well as to third-party posts in the guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by the service provider. The provider of the linked website, and not the party that merely provided the link, is solely liable for illegal, incorrect, or incomplete content, and in particular for damages resulting from the use or non-use of such content.
Continuous monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without specific indications of a legal violation. If we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove the relevant links immediately.
3. Copyright and trademark law
As a service provider we endeavour to observe copyright law regarding the graphics, audio files, video sequences, and texts used in all publications, and to use our own graphics, audio files, video sequences, and texts or to rely on licence-free graphics, sound files, video sequences and texts. All brand names and trademarks mentioned on the website, including those protected by third parties, are fully subject to the provisions of the applicable trademark law and to the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. It should not be assumed that a brand name is not protected by third-party rights just because it is mentioned on the website! As a general rule, we identify third-party content as such. Nonetheless, if you become aware of any copyright infringement, we request that you provide us with information to that effect. Should any legal violation come to our attention, we will remove the offending content immediately.
The copyright for published objects created by the service provider remains solely with the service provider. The reproduction or use of such graphics, audio files, video sequences, and texts in other electronic or printed publications is forbidden without the express permission of the service provider.
